The Boss-ism
A stroll in a company, public or private, In a minute you make out, who the bosses are, You know the boss by the look on his face, By the way he walks, or the way he talks, If not this, then by the behavior of else, Whose activity changes when ‘the boss’ walks through, Some gladly smile, some pretend serious work, Some become nervous about what happen next, So what is it that makes them differ, from the ilk we call our very own: The employees. When the employee becomes manager what happens then? Why does he forget to behave as an ordinary man? Well I don’t have answers you can surely understand, An answer will be due when I become one! Well I too have my very own boss: The story may be similar for many or all. He walks into office and a sulk consumes the floor, A talk with few and their mood becomes low. He glances around with so inquisitive looks, Analyzing who is doing what! Oh how much he wishes he had eyes at the back, But god still has mercy upon his fellow...
