__MNS chief explodes about intrusion in Maharashtra of so called outsiders....Maharashtra burns

**Kargil heroes welcomed warmly by Indians.. accolades and warm wishes from across the country.
__Mayawati appeals to backward castes and muslims to vote for saving specifically their interests...she sweeps the election.

**IT gives India global recognition and praised worldwide...India at its best.
__Bangalore starts speaking in hushed tones, some more prominent, about hindrance and pain (traffic jams) caused by again "outsiders"..

**Outgoing President is a muslim, a lady becomes a President, we have a sikh Prime Minister and a lady as head of UPA. Democracy showcased at the top !!!
__ Godhra carnage holded Gujrat to ransom.. Modi still wins !!!.... Foetus removal stories,incase of girl child, hold centre stage.

**Stock market blooms, at one time ready to touch 21K.. also growth seen at around 9 percent, India feels proud
__NREGA under shatters..money allocation anomalies,crores going in wrong hands.....money for the poor !!

My heart leaps with JOY ...and then SINKS..... I go to Sleep.

A stroll in a company, public or private, In a minute you make out, who the bosses are, You know the boss by the look on his face, By the way he walks, or the way he talks, If not this, then by the behavior of else, Whose activity changes when ‘the boss’ walks through, Some gladly smile, some pretend serious work, Some become nervous about what happen next, So what is it that makes them differ, from the ilk we call our very own: The employees. When the employee becomes manager what happens then? Why does he forget to behave as an ordinary man? Well I don’t have answers you can surely understand, An answer will be due when I become one! A Trip to a Village- Part I

  Diwali has always been an occasion to celebrate with your near and dear ones. However, as the flight tickets cost did not suit my meagre financial allowances, my holiday plans went kaput. But as they say, there is always light at the other end of the tunnel, my thoughts were interrupted by the loud ringing phone. It was my Praveen’s call. Well, he had a plan already made out for diwali holidays; a visit to his native village nearby. So, I and another of my financial constrained friend, Anuj, decided to accompany Praveen (PD) on a two day trip: The trip to Kondetu village. Praveen (PD) left a day earlier due to some prior  engagements. We boarded the already booked KSRTC bus, which as expected was running one and half hour late within Bangalore!
